Open a recipe and choose Log in a calorie tracker, under Nutrition Facts.
Choose the button next to your tracker. It copies the recipe link, or for MacroFactor the recipe as text.
Paste it into your tracker as described below. Your tracker saves the recipe as a food, so you can log a serving whenever you eat it.

MyFitnessPal
Choose Copy and open. On myfitnesspal.com, go to My Home, then Food, then Recipes. Paste the link and choose Import Recipe.
Lose It!
Choose Copy link. In the app, go to Profile, then Recipes, then +. Choose import and paste the link. Importing needs Lose It! Premium.
Cronometer
Choose Copy and open. Create a new recipe, choose Import, and paste the link. Importing needs Cronometer Gold.
MacroFactor
Choose Copy recipe. In the app, tap +, then New Recipe, then Import with AI. Paste the recipe and tap Analyze.
Other apps
Choose Copy as text for another app and paste it into any app that reads recipes.
Apple Health, or Lose It! without Premium
An iPhone Shortcut can write a day's planned calories, protein, carbs and fat to Apple Health, and Lose It! reads them from there. The step-by-step setup is in the tracker guide.
About the link
The link shows only that recipe's ingredients and nutrition. Anyone with it can see those, and it stops working if the recipe is archived or deleted. For accurate numbers, choose Calculate nutrition on the recipe first.
