Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI agent

Let an AI app read your recipes, plan the week and build grocery lists through MCP, on every plan.

The Meal Plan Vault has a built-in MCP server, so AI apps that support MCP can work with your vault directly. An agent can search and add recipes, set meals on the plan, copy a week, build and check off grocery lists, read the nutrition for a day or a whole week, and use your connected stores. It works on every plan.

Connect an app

  1. Open Agents in the sidebar.

  2. Copy the URL under Your MCP server URL: https://www.mealplanvault.com/mcp

  3. Add it as a custom connector or MCP server in Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Goose or Zed. Setup guide, by app has the steps for each.

  4. Sign in and approve access when the app asks. There's no key to copy.

See and control what agents do

Connected agents lists every app with access, with Revoke to cut one off. What your agents did is a log of every change an agent made.

API tokens for other tools

Some tools can't sign in and need a token instead. Under API access, give the token a name, choose Read only or Read & write, pick when it expires (30 days, 90 days, 1 year or no expiry), and choose Create token. Copy it right away. You can revoke it from the same card. This card is also in Settings > Connections.
