Invite people, choose what each can do, and manage your household.

Everything in The Meal Plan Vault belongs to a household: recipes, meal plans and grocery lists are shared by everyone in it.

Household settings with members and meal types

Invite someone (household admin)

Go to Settings > Household.
Under Members, choose Invite member.
Enter their email address, pick a role, and choose Send invite.

Invites expire after 7 days. Until then a pending invite holds a seat. Free households have 3 seats and Premium households have 10. When every seat is taken you'll see Household is full.

Roles

Role	What they can do
Admin	Everything, including invites, roles, meal types, day themes, Generate my week settings, stores, and scheduling meal requests.
Editor	Add and edit recipes, meal plans and grocery lists. Check store prices and fill carts.
Viewer	See everything, vote on meal requests. No changes.

Rename or delete the household

Admins can change the Household name at the top of the tab. Delete household asks you to type the name to confirm and can't be undone.
