Go to Recipes and choose What can I make?, or open it from the Pantry page. It ranks your household's own recipes by how few ingredients you're missing.

Tell it what you have
If you keep a Pantry, its items are already filled in. Use pantry adds them back after you've cleared some.
Type an ingredient and press Enter or a comma to add it. You can paste a comma-separated list too. The x on a chip removes it.
Salt, pepper, oil, water, flour, sugar and similar staples always count as already there.
Read the results
Each recipe shows You have N of M and its total time, then what's missing, or Nothing missing. When two recipes are equally close, the one that uses food about to expire comes first.
Add to list puts the missing ingredients on a grocery list you pick, or a New list. Items already on that list are combined.
Add to meal plan opens the usual add-to-plan dialog.

Viewers can browse the results. Adding to a list or plan needs an editor or admin.
Take a photo (Premium)
Take a photo reads the ingredients off a picture of your fridge or a pantry shelf and adds them for you. It counts toward your AI photo allowance. Typing ingredients in is free on every plan.
AI agents can do the same search with the find_recipes_with_ingredients tool.
