Under the week on Meal plans, the Daily total row shows each day's calories, protein, carbs and fat for one person. It adds up every planned meal and side that has nutrition calculated.

≥ before the calories means some of that day's meals have no nutrition yet, so the real number is higher. Hover it to see how many.
A dash means none of that day's meals have nutrition yet.
A meal eaten from a meal prep counts its servings per meal. The prep day itself adds nothing.
Nutrition this week below the grid has the weekly average and the same numbers day by day. To compare them with your own targets, see Daily calorie and macro goals.
Fill in missing numbers
Open a recipe and choose Calculate nutrition. After you edit its ingredients, choose Recalculate nutrition.
Turn the totals off
Go to Settings > Preferences, switch off Show calories and macros on the meal plan, and choose Save preferences. This hides the Daily total row and Nutrition this week for you only. Everyone else in the household keeps their own setting.

To send a recipe's nutrition to MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Lose It! or MacroFactor, see Log a recipe in a calorie tracker.
